I am a British-Dutch consultant, patient advocate, and speaker fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish. With a diverse healthcare background spanning marketing, sales, and business development, I bring a unique perspective to improving the lives of those affected by cancer—a mission deeply rooted in my personal journey as a cancer survivor.
My advocacy is centered on empowering patients and fostering meaningful engagement to advance truly patient-centric care. In 2016, I founded the HungerNdThirst Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals impacted by cancer.
Over the years, I have actively contributed to advancing healthcare innovation and ethics, serving on influential committees such as the American Society for Clinical Oncology Foundation Grant Selections, and the GSK Health Advisory Board. I also hold advisory roles on the Gravitate Health Legal and Ethical Board, the European Association for Urology Patient Advisory Group, and the Genomics in Oncology Patient Expert Network.
Through my consultancy and speaking engagements, I aim to inspire action, advocate for patient involvement, and drive systemic change within the healthcare landscape.
